INVOLVEMENT & ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR PARK LANE & EDWIN HOUSE, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 18.5HRS, FRWK11, 27,355 - 29, 690 , FTE About the Services Edwin House and Park Lane are specialist residential services supporting individuals with complex needs related to mental health and/or substance use. Our aim is to provide safe, supportive environments where residents can engage in meaningful recovery and personal development. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Involvement and Activities Coordinator to work across both services. This role is key to enhancing the quality of life for our residents by developing and delivering a diverse programme of activities that promote wellbeing, social inclusion, and personal growth. Key Responsibilities: Design and facilitate engaging activities tailored to the interests and needs of residents. Encourage resident involvement in planning and evaluating activities. Build strong relationships with residents to understand their goals and motivations. Work collaboratively with staff teams to integrate activities into care and support plans. Liaise with external organisations to bring in new opportunities and resources. Monitor and report on participation and outcomes to support continuous improvement. About You: Experience working in a care, support, or community setting. Creative, energetic, and passionate about making a difference. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly across two sites. Understanding of the challenges faced by people with mental health and/or substance use issues. Why Join Us?
