Are you a talented, organised, and creative Banqueting & Events senior sous Chef ready to take charge of an exciting new contract at a fast-paced venue? What You'll Be Doing: Leading the events kitchen team , delivering flawless food across a range of functions and service styles You will need to have experience in plated sit down dinner Working closely with the Executive Chef and Senior Retail Sous Chef to ensure smooth coordination across all outlets Designing and delivering innovative, seasonal menus tailored to client briefs and event themes Driving high standards in food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety Supporting a calm, collaborative kitchen culture, even in the most high-pressure moments What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a sous or Senior Sous in high-volume events or hospitality Banqueting expereince is disirable Exceptional kitchen management and organisational skills Creativity and passion for food with the ability to design menus that wow guests and streamline service A hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires their team Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and with clients This is a 5 out of 7 day operation , and an incredible opportunity to make your mark on a new and exciting venue from day one.
