They will be accountable for developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders, third parties (as required) and other external bodies to ensure a positive outcome and be responsible for the performance of the project / programme team.Reporting to the Senior R&D Director, the role is office-based in Nottingham. There may be some travel required, including occasional international travel.In this role, a typical day will look like:Lead and direct the delivery of Customer focused projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Oversee all project activities across all functional areas in terms of tactical decisions, day-to-day management, planning, senior escalations and reporting.Provide full transparency with up to date project status.Act as SPOC with regard to project/programme management with all key stakeholders.Lead all planning, execution, reporting, sign-off and related escalation management.Gain stakeholder confidence by demonstrating personal abilities in leading and directing projects.Identify and manage risks/opportunities by proactive identification/implementation of appropriate control/improvement measures.Your experience will include: Project Management qualification (equivalent Prince 2 Practitioner or PMP).Experience of interfacing milestone governed programmes, including in an Agile environment.A proven track record within a matrix team in a relevant technology area e.g mechanical, electronic or software.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Videojet is proud to part of the Product Quality & Innovation segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
