Retail Site Manager Nationwide (Tesco / Sainsburys / Asda / Morrisons / M&S) Salary: Up to 55,000 + Car or Allowance + Package Location: Nottingham (Nationwide travel) Job Type: Permanent Were recruiting for experienced Retail Site Managers to deliver fast-track supermarket fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. Our client is a well-known principal contractor within the retail and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, theyre looking for hands-on, professional Site Managers who can take ownership of live store projects and deliver to high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Role Overview Manage day-to-day site operations on live supermarket refurbishments and roll-out programmes Coordinate subcontractors and ensure Health & Safety compliance Liaise with clients and store teams to deliver projects with minimal disruption Maintain quality, programme, and commercial awareness Requirements Proven experience managing M&S, Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, or Morrisons store projects, amongst others Black CSCS Card preferred , with SMSTS & First Aid essential Strong client-facing and leadership skills Happy to travel nationwide and work occasional nights Salary & Benefits Up to 55,000 + Car / Allowance + Full Package Ongoing pipeline of supermarket projects Excellent progression within a trusted retail delivery team Apply today to discuss this role in confidence.
