Base pay rangeSelf Help UK | Nottingham | £50,000 - £60,000 per year Start: As soon as possible | Hybrid: 2 days in office Self Help UK is seeking an experienced and values-drivenManaging Directorto lead our organisation through a pivotal transition period. This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership to a charity making a powerful difference to communities across the UK. This fixed-term role (6 months, with potential to extend) will focus on sustaining and strengthening delivery, supporting the board in shaping the charity's future, and ensuring continued impact for the people we serve. What we offer: £50,000 – £60,000 per year(depending on experience) 38 days annual leave(including public holidays) Hybrid working– just 2 days per week in the office Significant flexibilityand a supportive, adaptable working culture We’re looking for someone with proven senior leadership in the voluntary sector, strong strategic insight, and the ability to lead teams through change with clarity and compassion.
