Job DescriptionCREDIT RISK MANAGER NOTTINGHAM- ONCE A MONTH SALARY UP TO 75,000 Join a leading lender where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the credit risk strategies.THE ROLELead the development, execution, and refinement of credit risk strategies across acquisition, account management, and decision-making processes.Guide and mentor a high-performing credit risk team, promoting a culture focused on growth, collaboration, and operational excellence.Own and continuously improve the credit risk policy framework, decision models, and governance structures to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.Provide executive leadership with clear, data-driven insights into portfolio performance and emerging risk trends.Build and maintain statistical models (e.g., probability of default models, bureau-based and custom scorecards) to support credit underwriting and customer segmentation.Utilize credit bureau data (e.g., TransUnion, Experian) to inform, enhance, and fine-tune risk strategies.Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis and ensure high data quality through comprehensive cleaning and validation processes.Design and manage A/B testing frameworks to assess and optimize the performance of credit risk strategies.REQUIREMENTSExperience with credit strategy implementation Experience building scorecards SAS/SQL/ Python Experience with credit bureau data HOW TO APPLY Please send CVs below or
