The board knows the stakes and theyre ready to act.Now, they need you to lead it.This is more than a project or compliance role. Its about owning and delivering the group-wide electrical safety transformation, with full backing from the executive team.Youll take strategic ownership of electrical risk, compliance, and resilience across a complex estate.From transformers to HV/LV infrastructure, from automation to surge protection, youll drive both immediate improvements and long-term structural change.Youll be the senior authority influencing board decisions, challenging site engineering leads where needed, and setting the standard across the business.What you bring:15+ years in senior electrical engineering leadershipStrategic and technical command of transformers, HV/LV, automation, isolation standardsExperience leading programmes across multi-site, regulated manufacturing environmentsStrong knowledge of compliance and Electrical Safety at Work regulationsGravitas to influence execs and credibility to challenge site teams constructively
