You will support the senior leadership team with accurate financial reporting, forecasting and business insight, while gaining exposure to group reporting, audit, and team leadership responsibilities.Key Responsibilities: Junior Financial ControllerProduction and delivery of monthly management accountsEnsuring accuracy across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow forecastingSupporting the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processesAssisting with group-level financial reporting and alignmentBusiness partnering with non-finance stakeholders to support performanceSupporting the management and development of a finance team of fourDriving process improvements and system efficienciesSupporting the external statutory audit processThe Ideal Candidate: Junior Financial ControllerFully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)Experience in a Senior Management Accountant, Finance Manager or similar roleConfident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skillsComfortable working with Excel, ERP, and accounting systemsFull UK driving licence preferred due to cross-site travel requirementsWe are registered Disability Confident Employer (Level 1) and as such, we will ensure that individuals who have a disability are provided reasonable accommodation, to enable full participation in the job application and interview process.If you have any such requirements, please do not hesitate to contact your consultant, Zoe Chatley.
