It involves:Providing administrative support to the Student Lettings Property Management team, ensuring the smooth daytoday operation of the portfolioBooking and coordinating property inspections, including checkins, checkouts, and routine visitsAssisting with endoftenancy processes, including handling deposit returns in line with regulations and company proceduresCollating, tracking, and coordinating works and maintenance programmes, particularly during the busy summer turnaround periodProcessing maintenance invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring correct coding and approval where requiredManaging and monitoring maintenance issues through Fixflo, liaising with contractors, tenants, and landlords to ensure timely resolutionPreparing, issuing, and recording tenant notices and correspondenceSupporting compliance administration, including safety certifications, statutory checks, and record keepingMaintaining accurate property, tenant, and landlord records across internal systemsWorking closely with Property Managers, contractors, and other departments to ensure a consistent and professional service deliveryWe're looking for individuals with qualities such as:Desires to become part of a thriving and expanding company.Seeking an engaging position characterized by constant dynamism, ensuring each day brings new and unique challenges.Demonstrates a genuine talent for interpersonal interactions and derives satisfaction from delivering top-notch customer service.Possesses eloquence and excels in both negotiation and communication.Join us and experience a workplace that truly values you.
