This role suits a detaildriven professional who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and delivering clear, reliable technical advice.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertaking detailed dilapidations inspections and preparing robust schedulesProviding strategic advice to landlords and tenants throughout the dilapidations processCarrying out comprehensive condition surveys and producing clear, evidencebased reportsAdvising clients on building defects, maintenance planning, and property liabilitiesWorking collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and external stakeholdersManaging workloads efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain service qualityWhat you''ll need to succeedStrong technical knowledge of building pathology and construction methodsExperience in dilapidations and condition surveys (commercial or residential)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsProfessional, organised, and confident in clientfacing situationsMRICS qualification is desirable but not essential, depending on experienceWhat you''ll get in returnYou will receive a competitive basic salary, along with car allowance, pension and other benefits.
