The role - Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from instruction through to settlement, including both Portal and non-Portal matters - Handling predominantly fast-track litigated cases, with exposure to multi-track work - Running files with a good level of autonomy while having support available when needed - Drafting your own correspondence and legal documents - Providing clear, practical advice to clients and delivering solutions-focused outcomes - Working to fee earning and time recording targets in a structured environment - Using a case management system to progress matters efficiently - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues across the firm - Supporting business development activity and identifying opportunities to bring in new work - What if you could handle your own caseload confidently, but still be part of a genuinely supportive team that wants to see you succeed?
