The team provide specialist support to private clients and housing associations on residential conveyancing matters relating to shared ownership and social housing allocations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Paralegal with property related experience. As a Paralegal in this team you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below.Key responsibilities to include:Obtaining titles and completing the precedent Licence to Assigns/Deeds of Covenant/Deeds of Variation etcEngrossing Licences/Deeds/Transfers and sending to relevant parties for signingPreparing mortgage approvals/undertakingsDealing with obtaining fees and sending out Management PackInitial letters on transactionsUpdating clients on mattersPreparing completion statementsAssisting with completionsPost completion workWe offer a unique environment; you will be part of a one team culture that promotes direct responsibility with an expectation to always deliver the best service possible for clients within a collegiate, team-based environment.Most excitingly of all, you can help change the way we all think about and deliver the future of legal and professional services in a friendly, caring business, with little (if any) hierarchy.
