Registered Veterinary Nurse and clinical coach

Rushcliffe Veterinary Centre, West Bridgford, NottinghamThis is a re-advertised post due to circumstances beyond our control.We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, full time RVN to work within our small animal practice in West Bridgford Nottingham. The working week is based on a 37.5hr week which includes being part of the Saturday rota currently 13 per annum.No Out of Hours on call.The job is varied and you will be expected to carry out all nursing care to a high standard including Nurse Clinics, inpatient care, anaesthesia and patient monitoring, lab work, instrument preparation, cleaning and some reception work. We perform a large amount of laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures, cardiology investigations, in-depth ophthalmological work as well as a small number of orthopaedic procedures. We also do an extensive shelter work with the Dogs Trust at Wymeswold.Candidates should ideally be a clinical coach or keen to train to take on this role. Clinical coaches are paid a bonus of 100 per month when they are coaching.We currently have a team of 5.5 RVN''s and 3 SVN''s.
