The culture is supportive, team-focused, and driven by shared values of progression, ownership, and collaboration.The RoleThis is a key Senior Architect position responsible for leading the delivery of architectural projects across a varied portfolio, with a strong focus on defence and secure environments.You will act as Lead Consultant, managing projects from feasibility through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring delivery to the highest technical and regulatory standards.Applicants must hold active UK SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain it.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural projects from 300k10m, including secure defence schemesAct as Lead Consultant across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholdersDeliver feasibility studies, planning applications, and technical design workManage tendering processes, value engineering, and contract administrationEnsure compliance with UK Building Regulations and MOD/JSP standardsOversee site progress, technical delivery, and financial performanceMentor junior team members and support team developmentContribute to client engagement and business development activitySkills & ExperienceRIBA Part III qualified ArchitectExperience within defence or secure environments (essential)Strong project management and leadership skillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (BIM experience desirable)Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NBS specification writingExperience in multi-disciplinary project environmentsBenefitsFlexible and hybrid working options25 days holiday plus bank holidays and festive shutdownPension scheme and health cash planProfessional membership support and career developmentVolunteering leave and wellbeing programmesRegular social events and team incentives
