Since the site has opened there has been hundreds of millions of pounds invested into the engineering and automation function helping make the site efficient and embarking on a journey of continuous improvement. To help the journey and increase the commitment the current Head of Engineering, has helped the company overcome the teething issues, and has supported steady the ship over the last couple of years and increase the retention but also continued the investment and development on the siteThe RoleAs a Senior Maintenance Engineer you will:On a shift you will be joining a Shift Manager, a fellow Senior Engineer, 8 Maintenance Engineers, 3 apprentices and a couple of jam bustersYour responsibilities will include: Electrical and Mechanical fault finding, Reactive and PPM work and many moreWorking with Maintenance Engineers, Juniors and an apprentice on a shift and covering shift management etcThe site is looking to introduce more use of the CMMS system as it starts to develop with all the new machineryWorking on this site you will be working on Various conveyor systems, shuttle systems, Packaging equipment, Bagging Machines and moreThe CandidateI am looking for a candidate that:Has xjdpvnf a recognised Engineering QualificationAs strong communicator that can work as part of a teamHas had experience in leadershipExperience working in the Manufacturing environmentConfident fault finding and reading drawingsThe PackageAs a Maintenance Engineer you will receive:57,500 per annum as a starting salaryA pension contribution from my clientA gym on site 5 a monthA heavy discount on my clients groups storesATA is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
