About Innovare Innovare is a specialist AI, Software, and DevOps recruitment partner, supporting VC-backed start-ups and enterprise AI teams across the UK and US. Youll play a hands-on role shaping our processes, culture, and growth as we scale. What Youll Do Manage the full recruitment cycle across permanent and contract roles, starting with delivery, then progressing into business development. Source and engage top-tier candidates through proactive search, referrals, and content-led outreach. Run interviews, offers, and onboarding with a consultative, data-driven approach. Build relationships with hiring managers across the UK and the US, including delivery to an RPO and a Fortune 100 client. Track and share market insights across AI, Data, and Software to become a go-to expert in your niche. Hit activity and CV-to-interview KPIs that drive consistent placements and repeat business. Each week, you will work three days 9am to 6pm, and two days 12-8pm What Youll Bring 936 months experience in technology recruitment, a quality-focused sector, or professional sales. Proven resilience, coachability, and ambition. Strong communication skills, you write clearly, build rapport easily, and influence with integrity. Confidence with outbound engagement, in particular on calls, video, and tailored written outreach. Curious to learn, take feedback, and own results in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
