Our events, Sustainability LIVE, Procurement and Supply Chain LIVE, Tech & AI LIVE and many others, bring together the most influential C-suite leaders, visionaries and change makers for unmatched content, networking and commercial opportunity.With a fast-growing global audience, prestigious media brands and an ever-expanding portfolio of market-leading events, we are shaping the future of business conversations and we are just getting started.Purpose of RoleA well-rounded and experienced editorial professional with an expert eye for storytelling, quality control and brand tone, the Editor is responsible for assisting the Editor-in-Chief and wider team with the timely, accurate and engaging production of magazine, digital and commercial content across all of BizClik Medias content platforms.They will lead and contribute to the production of company reports, front-of-book/feature magazine content, SEO-friendly digital articles and branded campaigns. This role requires strategic oversight and hands-on execution, supporting the editing, proofing and commissioning of content in alignment with editorial, commercial and industry objectives.Key AccountabilitiesMagazine ContentPlan, assign and write high-quality front of book, features and thought leadership content for BizCliks digital magazinesLead the layout and editorial quality control of assigned publicationsCommission and edit articles from freelancers, internal writers and contributorsEnsure alignment with each titles tone, structure and commercial prioritiesWork with the design team to manage content to layout flow.Daily Web ContentWrite and publish regular digital articles, updates, features and breaking industry newsSource, pitch and draft timely SEO-aligned web content across BizCliks sectorsMaintain and manage a publishing calendar to support consistent outputMonitor site analytics to track performance and iterate content strategyCommercial Content Profiles and CampaignsCollaborate with Sales and Production teams to deliver client content including:Branded company profilesInterview based thought leadership featuresCampaign based spotlight articlesEnsure commercial content meets quality, tone and storytelling standards while respecting the brand-client balanceProof and polish client content before design handoff and final publication Main ResponsibilitiesManage editorial workflows to ensure on time delivery of assigned titlesWrite and research company profiles, thought leadership and industry articlesAttend industry events and briefings to build insight and contactsAdhere to editorial and SEO guidelines set by the Group Content DirectorDevelop sector expertise and maintain relationships with key industry leadersManage and contribute to social media and audience engagement strategiesDeputise for other Editors as neededKPIsA Minimum of four web articles per day, including two unique and two syndicatedOne/Two front-of-book magazine feature per weekOne commercial profile per week Other ResponsibilitiesUphold professional standards when representing BizClik in-person or onlineMaintain confidentiality and data protection per company policyAttend team meetings, strategy sessions and trainingEvaluate junior staff and offer mentoring and development supportChampion innovation, collaboration and continuous editorial improvementQualifications and ExperienceDemonstrated professional experience in publishing, journalism or content creationClear understanding of writing for digital audiences, including SEO principlesProven editorial or content writing experience across digital and/or print platformsConfident researching, interviewing and producing thought-leadership or business-focused contentCommunication and Technical SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong editing and proofreading ability with high attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceAble to manage deadlines, workloads and cross-functional collaborationFamiliar with tools such as Canva, Figma or Monday.comPersonal QualitiesProactive, organised and dependable with a positive can-do approachComfortable working independently while contributing to a wider teamPassionate about storytelling and delivering consistent, high-quality contentCurious, commercially aware and excited to grow within a fast-paced media environmentWilling to go the extra mile and represent BizClik Media as a content ambassadorWhat We OfferCompetitive base salaryGym membership at Nuffield Health (post-probation)20 days annual leave + your birthday offFlexible hybrid working (Thursdays from home)A culture-first workplace that rewards ambition, integrity and innovationCycle to work schemePaid sickness leaveEnhanced maternity leaveLearning and development programmeAccess to charity initiatives and team volunteering opportunitiesCompany wellbeing programmeAccess to global C-level networks through our platforms and eventsIf you want to be part of a business that not only cares about its team but also the wider community and a sustainable future, BizClik Media is the place for you.
