Job Description Ecommerce Manager Location: Norwhich x Hybrid WorkingAn established and fast-growing retail brand is looking to appoint a commercially focused Ecommerce Manager to take day-to-day ownership of its ecommerce website and digital performance.This role sits within the marketing function and is central to the next phase of online growth. It will suit someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on ecommerce and digital marketing experience.The RoleYou will manage and optimise ecommerce and digital activity across channels, improving customer journey, conversion, and retention. You will work closely with marketing, development, and design stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day ecommerce performance and onsite optimisationManage paid search and paid social activity alongside agency partnersLead email marketing strategy including automation, segmentation and personalisationDeliver against KPIs including conversion rate, AOV and repeat purchase rateDrive CRO initiatives in partnership with front-end/design teamsCollaborate with internal developers on site improvements and testingSupport integrated digital campaigns across acquisition and retention channelsProduce performance insights and recommendations from analyticsRequirementsProven ecommerce management experienceStrong data analysis and performance optimisation skillsExperience managing paid media and CRM/email channelsConfident working with agencies and cross-functional teamsCommercially aware and KPI-drivenHighly organised with strong attention to detailProactive, collaborative and solutions-focused
