Mainactivitiesandresponsibilities Thedevelopmentandimplementationofthebusinesssalesstrategy,workingwithothermanagersandkeystakeholderstoestablishtherequirementsforteamsandtheoverallbusinesstoachievetheirgoals. Drivethesalesactivitiestoachievetheteamandcompanyobjectives. Diligentlymanagethesalesprocessandpipeline,trackingprogress,planningandallocatingactions,reportingonprogressandadaptingtheapproachthroughtosalesclosure. EvaluateBESSsalesandotherkeysalesactivities,recommendingandimplementingrevisedapproachesasandwhenrequired. Regularlyreportonthesalesteamprogressatseniormanagementmeetings,emphasisingkeytrends,areasofinterestorpotentialconcerns. ActasthefaceofConnectedEnergy,activelypromotingourbrandandforgingstrongrelationshipwithcustomersandkeystakeholders. WorkcloselywiththeMarketingTeamtoconceiveandsupportmarketingandPRopportunitiesandinitiatives. Ensurethatcustomersreceiveunparalleledassistanceandguidancethroughouttheirsalesjourney. Tolead,inspireanddeveloptheSalesTeam. Growthecustomerbaseandleveragethoserelationshipstodevelopnewopportunitiesandrelationships. Ensurethatbothyouandtheteamstayuptodatewithessentialproductinformationandanyupdates,enablingthedeliveryofanefficientandproactiveservicetoourcustomers. Monitorindustrytrendstoidentifyopportunitiesandpotentialnewmarkets. Ensurethatthesalesteamcomplywithrelevantlegislation,regulations,andinternalpoliciesalways.
