OverviewThe New Homes Sales Advisor plays a key role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience and driving sales across new-build developments. Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, you will guide customers through every stage of the sales journey—ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging process from first enquiry to legal completion.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & SalesWelcome prospective buyers, qualify enquiries, and conduct professional tours of show homes and developments.Present product features, available plots, pricing, incentives, and the overall benefits of buying a new-build home.Manage the full reservation process, ensuring compliance with company and industry guidelines.Achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.Customer Journey ManagementProvide clear, consistent communication to customers from reservation through to completion.Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to support buyers throughout their purchase.Conduct home demonstrations and assist with key handovers to ensure a positive move-in experience.Site & Presentation StandardsMaintain the marketing suite, show homes, and surrounding areas to the highest standards at all times.Ensure marketing materials, plot information, and displays remain accurate and up to date.Administration & ReportingAccurately update CRM systems, sales documentation, and weekly reports.Monitor and record customer feedback and assist management in identifying improvement opportunities.Stay informed on competitor activity and local market trends.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in new homes sales, property sales, or a customer-facing, target-driven environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong organisational ability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales systems.Ability to work independently and proactively while contributing to wider team success.Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays as required.Personal AttributesProfessional, confident, and engaging with a passion for exceptional customer service.Friendly and approachable with the ability to build trust quickly.Target-driven, ambitious, and resilient.Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
