A bit about the job: Youll be part of our Direct Protection team, guiding customers through their protection journey with care and clarity. We help people understand their options and make informed decisions. Youll handle calls, manage applications, and support customers online via live chat. Every conversation mattersand youll make sure its a positive one. Youll also work closely with colleagues across Aviva to deliver great outcomes.
