Hybrid working 3 days per week in the office, 2 days home working Contract:Permanent Annual Salary:£36,930 per annum East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is a regional Charity providing life-saving care across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond. Two state of the art helicopters and a fleet of critical care cars take our crew of skilled HEMS paramedicsand doctors to the scene of the incident, to provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join our lifesaving charity. You will lead the continued development of EAAA’s CRM system, working with stakeholders and our third-party supplier to ensure operational processes and integrations are compliant and fit for purpose. Delivering up to the minute intelligence derived from the CRM, you will ensure all teams understand their audiences and trends enabling them to create effective supporter journeys and deliver an excellent supporter experience.
