Maintenance Surveyor* Hourly rate: £26.79 PAYE or £35.22 Umbrella * Location: Hybrid - Norwich * Hours: 36 hours per week * Job Type: Temp 6-month contractWe are seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join a large social housing organisation based within Norwich to cover the local region. This role is crucial in overseeing both in-house and external repair services, ensuring high standards of delivery that meet customer expectations and provide value for money.Day-to-day of the role:* Carry out pre and post-inspections and create detailed reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs. * Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction. * Manage the performance and progress of the repairs service, ensuring that quality works are delivered on time, with minimal defects, and within budget. * Ensure all activities comply with relevant statutory regulations.Required Skills & Qualifications:* Strong background within Surveying in a housing or local authority environment * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage customer relationships. * Ability to travel across the region as required - full UK Driving Licence required * Must be eligible to work in the UK; not able to offer visa sponsorship.If you are interested in this role please submit your CV...
