This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your residential conveyancing experience within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. About the Role: You will assist on a range of property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, with the opportunity to develop your knowledge in more specialist areas such as trusts and estate-related conveyancing. Training will be provided where needed, with exposure to work including: Assents of legal title and beneficial interest Sale/purchase of beneficial shares in property Land registration (registered and unregistered) SDLT returns Property gifts and title updates Trust Registration Service compliance HM Land Registry forms (DJP, SEV, etc.) What We’re Looking For: Experience in residential conveyancing and legal admin Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Willingness to work towards CQS accreditation Firm Culture: The team values a positive, collaborative working environment grounded in the firm’s core values.
