This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your residential conveyancing experience within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.About the Role:You will assist on a range of property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, with the opportunity to develop your knowledge in more specialist areas such as trusts and estate-related conveyancing. Training will be provided where needed, with exposure to work including:Assents of legal title and beneficial interestSale/purchase of beneficial shares in propertyLand registration (registered and unregistered)SDLT returnsProperty gifts and title updatesTrust Registration Service complianceHM Land Registry forms (DJP, SEV, etc.)What Were Looking For:Experience in residential conveyancing and legal adminExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and organisational skillsA proactive attitude and eagerness to learnWillingness to work towards CQS accreditationFirm Culture:The team values a positive, collaborative working environment grounded in the firms core values.
