We’re looking for an experiencedCommercial Property Solicitorto join a leading practice in Norwich. This firm is known for their down-to-earth approach and high-quality legal services, working closely with individuals, businesses, and developers across the region. The ideal candidate will have2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)and be experienced in handling a broad range of commercial property work. You’ll also need: Great people skills – clients trust you, and you make legal stuff make sense A proactive approach to business development and networking Solid drafting and negotiation abilities A good head for commercial issues The ability to collaborate with both legal and non-legal professionals Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing: Handling the sale, purchase, and lease of land or commercial property Getting involved in development, infrastructure, and planning projects Advising on property finance and investment deals Managing leasehold matters Supporting both landlords and tenants Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts Working on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues There’s also the chance to build and lead your own commercial team If you’re looking to join a supportive team where you can grow your career and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
