Job Title: Production Supervisor - Shift Operations Location: Norfolk Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Reports to: Operations ManagerAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our shift operations at a busy, highly regulated chemical manufacturing site. This hands-on role will see you actively managing a team of plant operators, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production while fostering a strong safety-first culture.
