They are seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer to become an integral part of their team, managing a varied and interesting caseload in a dynamic and supportive environment.The CandidateThe ideal candidate will have experience handling a range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a client-focused service are key to succeeding in this role.The OpportunityIn this role, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including dealing with complex title issues and liaising with clients, agents, and lenders.
