The role focuses on translating business needs into effective Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, supporting largescale CRM modernisation and digital transformation initiatives.The Role:Lead endtoend business analysis across Dynamics 365 CRM programmesEngage stakeholders to capture requirements, facilitate workshops, and define asis / tobe processesTranslate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaProvide functional expertise across Dynamics 365 CRM modules:SalesCustomer ServiceCustomer Insights / MarketingField Service (where applicable)Define standards for:Business Process FlowsCase management, SLAs, queuesForms, views, dashboards, and automationsIdentify optimisation and automation opportunities using:Dynamics 365 native capabilitiesPower Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)Support Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery, including backlog refinement and UATPromote an OOBfirst approach with controlled customisationWhat you will bring:Minimum of 15 years IT experience with strong Business Analyst backgroundProven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutionsStrong understanding of:CRM business processesDataverse concepts and data modelsCRM security and role modelsExperience working on large, complex CRM programmesNice to have skills:Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Experience in regulated industries (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare)Exposure to integrations and enterprise architecture discussionsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications
