This is a hybrid role based in Norwich, offering the opportunity to shape operational performance and drive technical excellence across a diverse claims portfolio.The Opportunity This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing a large team of claims professionals, including Team Managers and Handlers. You’ll play a key role in setting performance standards, supporting technical development, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding client outcomes.
