Senior Employee Benefits Consultant Our client is an award-winning Certified B Corporation, Employee Benefits Consultant, and Discretionary Fund Management firm. They seek a brilliant Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to deliver a high-quality employee benefits service to an establishedand diverse client base. Upon joining, you will be given an existing client portfolio to manage, ensuring excellent service delivery and identifying opportunities for growth. There is no requirement to build a portfolio from scratch. You will be pivotal in helping to exceed servicelevel agreements, strengthen client relationships, and be a driving force for future success. What You'll Be Doing: You will take full responsibility for managing and developing an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships and revenue growth.
