HR Advisor

I would love to hear from any experienced HR Advisors looking for a new role in the Norwich area. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months, and due to the nature of the role it is mainly office based in central Norwich.As a generalist People Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for employees, offering expert HR support across the business.The role: Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters Lead on employee casework and advise on absence, capability, grievance, and disciplinary issues Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and staff inductions Work with the wider People team to help deliver learning, development, and wellbeing initiatives Carry out general HR administration as requiredThe person we are looking for: Proven experience in a similar HR or People Advisor role CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law A proactive attitude to learning and professional development A genuine passion for fostering a positive and people-focused workplace culture Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel Ability to adapt and respond to a wide range of day-to-day challengesIn return, our client offers a competitive salary, free city centre parking, Employee assistance programme to support your wellbeing, Workwear allowance to help ...
