This is the perfect role for an ambitious Nurse or Deputy Manager (holding a valid PIN).You must have experience in general, dementia and mental health nursing care, you will be required to work in all three areas of the home, supporting the nursing and care team. Responsibilities Manage and develop care staff to formulate effective care planning specific to problems of all residents, specifically to the problems of older confused residents. Ensure residents are enabled and empowered to participate fully in decision making as appropriate. Be constantly observing resident behaviours and staff interactions in order to ensure good care practice is maintained. Assist in developing and encouraging social activities for the residents.
