Location:Stowmarket Day Nursery, 12 Bury Street, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14 1HW / Stowmarket Pre-school, Ivy House, Station Road East, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14 1RQ. Role Responsibilities: Support the Senior Nursery Manager across settings. Lead, manage, and motivate your nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education. Create a nurturing environment supporting children's development. Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies. Oversee nursery operations, staff schedules, budgets, health and safety, and compliance. Mentor your team, fostering continuous improvement and professional development. Embed the ethos and values of The Old Station Nursery. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Lead inspections and ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards. Candidate Requirements: Proven leadership and team management experience in childcare. Knowledge of EYFS framework and best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
