Job Description Quantity Surveyor (Contract) Norwich, NorfolkRate: 300 375 per dayStart: ASAPType: Ongoing ContractLocation: Norwich, NorfolkA well-established Civils contractor is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on an ongoing contract basis. This role involves supporting civils operations on sites working alongside commercial contractors, utilities providers and wider infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging project costs, valuations, variations and commercial reportingSupporting cost control, forecasting and subcontractor managementAssisting with procurement and contract administrationWorking closely with site teams to ensure commercial complianceProviding regular updates to project managers and senior staffWorking across civils-focused projects including utilities, infrastructure and commercial developmentsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector, civils sector would be advantageous Strong understanding of NEC or JCT forms of contractAbility to work independently and manage workload across live sitesStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailExcellent communication and reporting skillsAvailable to start at short noticeQualifications (Required/Preferred)Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related construction disciplineProfessional memberships such as RICS or CICES (advantIf inageous but not essential)What's on OfferCompetitive 300375 per dayOngoing long-term contract workOpportunity to work with a respected civils contractor across a variety of infrastructure projectsPlease call Jayne @ ARC for more information on 07802 417401 or sned your CV to JBRP1_UKTJ
