Job Description Vacancy SummaryJob Title: Senior EstimatorJob Type: PermanentJob Ref: #1249Location: NorwichStart Date: Jan/Feb 2026Salary: 75k-80k basic plus competitive package inc pension, travel allowance, healthcare, bonus.Company & Project: A regional Main Contractor with a busy pipeline of work across Norfolk are looking to grow their talented team with a new Senior Estimator. The business is a long standing main contractor with a proven track record in the local area.The business works across the a variety of sectors including Mixed-Use, Residential, Commercial and Healthcare sectors.The successful candidate will be joining the business to work on a tenders and bids from c1m-10m in value.Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the cost plans and pricing of single and 2-stage tenders in the main under JCT D&B forms of contract and typically 1m-10m in value. There are a large number of tenders from a pre-existing frameworks in addition to selective tender.You will attend pre-tender, site and post-tender meetings, producing BOQ's, take offs, full cost plans and target cost reporting.
