Civil Site Manager (SR163/TP137)

My client are a leading energy solution provider that are looking to onboard a civil site manager to an ongoing energy infrastructure package being delivered in the East Midlands.Site manager responsibilities:* Day to day management of site operatives, subcontractors and site work.* Development and implementation of safety documentation including construction phase plans, site quality plans and risk assessments / method statements.* Undertake inspections Carry out site inductions, Toolbox Talks & Daily Briefings.* Prepare daily SSoW and put people to work.* Produce & maintain Site Specific Risk & Method Statements.* Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.* Communicate effectively with the contractors.*Attend weekly progress meetings.* Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.* Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the project.* Maintain a high standard of documentation and records of project. activities/labour including a site dairy.Site manager requirements:* Right to work in the UK.* Desirable to already hold SSE authorisation of minimum CAT1C.* Must have NSI 6 & 8 FULL,* Must have SMSTS, First Aid at Work, SHEA Power/ CSCS, Temporary Works Co-Ordinator & Supervisor.* An exten...
