Job DescriptionJob Description: Third Party Risk Management Analyst Location: London, NorwichThe Role:We are seeking a skilled Analyst TPRM with good experience in Cyber Security and enterprise level risk management tasks. This role involves collaborating with various business units to understand their risk management requirements and developing policies to safeguard sensitive data.Roles and responsibilities.Conduct third party risk assessments in alignment with company security policies and industry standardsPerform on site assessments of vendors to identify opportunities for improvementProvide input and aid in the development of policies focused on the security of third party business processesFoster relationships and influence the behavior internal teams and external partiesDevelop and maintain supplier risk and control monitoring plans, performing monitor activities and analysis of evidence to determine controls are operating effectivelyComplete monitor and control tasks triggered by supplier Tier and Third Party Interaction ModelCollaborate with the line of business stakeholders to deliver year over year cost savings with managed third party relationshipsAssist in development and execution of category/supplier strategiesPartner with internal budget owners to deliver against operating or marketing budgetsPartner with appropriate stakeholders on contract negotiations for all managed third party relationshipsRequired SkillsExperience developing and maintaining global vendor risk management programsSolid understanding of information technology and security solutionsResponsible for proper invoice review, reconciliation, and paymentMonitor and ensure successful delivery against third party contractual obligationsAssist in development of, and monitor, SLA's or key performance indicators for third party relationshipsPreferred Skills:CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC certification preferredExperience in a consulting role or similar position within a technology or cybersecurity firm
