The Opportunity:We have a new opportunity for aLegal Secretaryto join ourCommercial Property team , based at ourNorwichoffice. This role provides secretarial support to the team. The department works in a fast-paced environment, and they are looking for individuals who relish this challenge.The Candidate:Previous legal secretarial experience is preferred.Strong time management, IT, and communication skills, with accurate typing skills, including dictations.Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.Apositive "can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment.Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Motivated to develop personally and professionally within a firm that values its people and clients.The Role: This role involves providing secretarial and administrative support, including:Managing files and conducting initial documentation and ID checks.Drafting correspondence and documentation, including from dictations.Communicating with clients via email, phone, and in person, including handling new client inquiries.Diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting room bookings.Monitoring and responding to emails.Taking meeting minutes and phone notes.Supporting other secretaries when needed.Performing administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing.Commercial Property: Our experienced team handles all aspects of commercial property, including purchases, sales, lease renewals, refinancing, planning obligations, and development projects.
