If you’re passionate about service, people, and making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer service and act as the main point of contact for enquiries.Create a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and colleagues.Support high-profile events and day-to-day operations across the site.Work closely with security to follow site access and safety procedures.Conduct building tours, report faults, and maintain presentation standards.Build strong client relationships and capture individual preferences.Promote collaboration and a positive one-team culture across all functions.Professional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsSome experience within facilities management is essential.Reception or front-of-house experience is preferred.Able to work discreetly within a highly confidential environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Experience in public sector or commercial settings is advantageous.Skilled in managing multiple stakeholder demands under pressure.Strong organisational and time management abilities.The CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
