Personal Lines Reserving Actuary - Salary is Competitive Location - Norwich We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our Personal Lines reserving team, where you’ll play a key role in setting robust best estimate reserves and delivering insights that shape business decisions. A bit about the job: The role involves undertaking actuarial analysis as part of the quarterly reserve cycle to meet regulatory requirements and set best estimate reserves. It also includes ad hoc analysis to provide insights supporting business decisions. You will lead actuarial analysis efforts and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business. There will be opportunities to coach junior team members and contribute to the wider actuarial team. You will support the Finance change agenda by providing actuarial expertise on projects such as the integration of DLG and enhancements to reserving tools and processes. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Reserving experience. Proven ability to deliver high-quality analysis within deadlines. Strong communication skills, with experience presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. A proactive mindset and curiosity to explore details while focusing on key areas. Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
