Job Description nWe're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Anglian Water team based in Norwich.nnLocation: Norwich - hybrid workingnHours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.nnWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.nnWe're seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Norwich team where you'll play a key role in managing commercial objectives whilst working closely with operational teams to ensure financial targets are achieved and relationships thrive.nnWhat will you be responsible for?nnAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them in delivering profitable outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships. nnYour day to daywill include:nnProviding commercial and financial performance forecasts to support informed decision-makingnManaging all aspects of subcontract accounts, including procurement and final account agreementnProducing accurate cash flow forecasts and ensuring timely cash collectionnPreparing and agreeing contract changes, ensuring full entitlement is achievednWorking collaboratively with operational colleagues to identify efficiencies and resolve challenges earlynnnWhat are we looking for?nThis role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you hold:nnnExperience working at a senior level in construction or a related sectornRelevant Quantity Surveying qualification and have sound commercial & businessawarenessnThorough understanding of NEC suite of contracts or similarnExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsnnnRewards and benefitsnnWe're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
