Job Description Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Programme ManagerLocation: Norwich, UK (Hybrid 3 days onsite with customer, 2 days remote)Fulltime, PermanentWe are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Delivery/ Project Manager to lead the endtoend delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 programmes across Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and the Power Platform.In this role, you will be accountable for successful project execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team leadership, ensuring highquality, predictable delivery aligned to business outcomes. You will act as a trusted partner to our customers, driving value through strong governance, delivery excellence, and collaboration.Your Role:Own the endtoend delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagementsLead large and complex D365 programmes across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Project OperationsDrive delivery using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, selecting the right approach based on programme needsManage delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and cost baselinesOversee release planning, sprint reviews, UAT, cutover, and golive activities to ensure smooth and successful deploymentsAct as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and key stakeholdersBuild and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CXO, IT, and business teamsProactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely resolutionDrive high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and support longterm account growthOwn programme financials, including forecasting, budget control, and margin managementEnsure delivery governance, reporting, and compliance with internal and customer standardsLead, mentor, and motivate crossfunctional delivery teams to achieve high performance and engagementWhat you will bring:Proven experience in Delivery / Programme Management for Microsoft Dynamics 365Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply ChainExperience delivering solutions across Customer Engagement and Power PlatformSolid understanding of data analysis, data management, and Data Management Framework (DMF)Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadersExperience managing complex programmes with multiple workstreams and dependenciesHurry & apply for a more detailed conversation!#USTSkillsDelivery Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, Data Management Framework.
