Job Description Senior Services ManagerBased in NorwichPermanent, full time 37.5 hpwSalary circa 32,000 pa and great benefits including Health Cash PlanOn call shift payment of 14.30 per sessionWe can't offer a CoS for this role.Home, a place where you belongYoull manage our 24/7 supported service providing housing and support to 12 customers, along with the housing management of our dispersed properties across Norwich at Aspland Road and Barnards Yard. Our services provide housing and support for men who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness. We are looking for someone who has a good knowledge of external agencies in the area, confident with housing management and housing law, and a passion to make a difference and find creative ways to lead the team of colleagues. This is your chance to unleash the potential in our colleagues, delivering excellent outcomes for our customers!What youll doLeading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high quality, person centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.Be the Safeguarding Lead for the serviceEnsure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recordedaccuratelyManaging the contracts, budgets and KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissionersManage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectivesto ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person centred serviceManage budgets and spending to ensure that we deliver high quality services, and environments where our customers can thrive.Why join us?This is more than ajob,itsa place where you feel valued.
