Engineering Shift Leader

My client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join their site in Norfolk. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise engineering team members during both day and night shifts to ensure maximum equipment efficiency Initiate and manage maintenance tasks, ensuring machinery operates smoothly and reliably Promote a safety first culture by ensuring adherence to H&S regulations Collaborate closely with production teams to optimise equipment performanceEncourage team development through coaching and leadership Document all maintenance equipment and track equipment performance to identify areas for improvement Requirements:Experience in engineering leadership role - ideally within manufacturing or food production environment Strong of mechanical and electrical systems, particularly within a production setting Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to engineering operations Panama Shift Pattern: Week 1 - 2 days, 2 off, 3 nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Week 2 - 2 off, 2 days, 3 off (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)Week 3 - 2 nights, 2 off, 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Week 4 - 2 off, 2 nights, 3 off (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)BenefitsCompetitive salary Pension PlansLife AssuranceLeave PackageTraining & DevelopmentEmployee Assistance Programme
