We're looking for a Commercial Projects Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving margin improvement across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategic projects, and help shape the tools and processes that support our commercial success.Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.What You'll Be Doing:Partnering with Banner and EVO senior management to support strategic projects with insightful commercial data and analysisUsing tools like Excel and Power BI to deliver clear, actionable insights that inform commercial decisionsDeveloping and maintaining key commercial tools and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across pricing and margin reviewsPreparing customer price reviews, focusing on price increases, product optimisation, and margin improvement opportunitiesSupporting contract extension proposals with detailed pricing and analysisMaintaining essential margin management tools such as the Alternative Product Database and Margin DashboardsUpdating and enhancing service review models (e.g., OPTIMISA, Green OPTIMISA, MPM)Providing high-quality support to the Sales team and other departments on commercial queriesMentoring and supporting junior team members, including training on new tools and processesWhat We're Looking For:Essential Skills:Strong experience with Power BI and Excel for data analysisSolid understanding of MS Office , especially Word and PowerPointSelf-starter with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approachAbility to manage deadlines and adapt to changing prioritiesPositive, solution-focused attitude and strong communication skills across all levelsDesirable:Experience managing or mentoring a teamBackground in commercial or analyst rolesFamiliarity with the industry is a plusTPBN1_UKTJ
