Backed by top-tier investors and led by proven cybersecurity leaders, they are scaling rapidly and looking for a high-impact Sales Engineer to help shape their US go-to-market motion.The RoleAs one of the first Sales Engineers in the company, you will play a pivotal role in enabling customers to understand the value of the platform and driving technical wins throughout the sales cycle. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Engineering, helping to influence product direction while serving as a trusted advisor to prospects.This is a true builder role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured, early-stage environment.What You’ll DoLead technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-value engagements with enterprise and mid-market customersTranslate customer pain points into technical solutions aligned with the company’s MDR/SOC AI capabilitiesPartner closely with the Sales team to drive opportunities from qualification to technical closeProvide feedback to Product and Engineering to help shape roadmap prioritiesDeliver compelling technical presentations tailored to each customer’s environmentSupport RFP/RFI responses and architect scalable customer solutionsAct as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycleWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in cybersecurity, ideally within MDR, SOC, SIEM, incident response, threat detection, or adjacent domainsHands-on understanding of AI-driven or automation-led SOC/MDR tooling is highly preferredPrior startup experience—comfortable building processes, wearing multiple hats, and moving fastExcellent communication skills with an ability to simplify complex technical conceptsProven success supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cyclesMust be based in the UK (GMT+0)Why JoinOpportunity to join a fast-growing cybersecurity startup at an exciting early stageDirect influence on product evolution and GTM successHigh ownership, high visibility roleCompetitive compensation and early-stage equity packageIf you're passionate about cybersecurity innovation, love solving complex technical challenges, and want to build something meaningful from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
