This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys leading by example and developing high-quality, relationship-led business development activity. (This is not in a pure call-centre environment) Our client is a values-driven business that prioritises quality over quantity. You’ll take the time to research prospects, ensuring conversations are relevant, informed, and human – not scripted or automated. The RoleWorking Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, you’ll combine hands-on business development with day-to-day leadership of a Business Development team. You’ll focus on generating high-quality appointments for New Business Executives while supporting, coaching, and motivating the team to perform consistently.This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, takes initiative, and understands the importance of collaboration and people leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading consultative, outbound B2B sales activityCreating high-quality sales appointments for New Business ExecutivesResearching prospects ahead of conversations to ensure relevanceManaging your own pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM recordsIdentifying key decision-makers Supporting and managing the BD team day to day, including performance and wellbeingSharing best practice and reporting on team performanceWorking closely with colleagues to support business growthAbout YouYou’ll have experience in outbound B2B sales and a proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.
