Enterprise Sales Manager – UK & NetherlandsLocation: United Kingdom Remote Based Cyber Security, Network Security and Firewall£220k-£240k OTE 50/50 Split + BenefitsEstablished Cyber Security VendorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to expand our footprint across the UK and Netherlands. This is a senior, hunter-focused role responsible for driving new logo acquisition and building long-term customer relationships within large enterprise organizations. You will work both directly with end users and through channel partners to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities in the assigned region.Own the sales process from prospecting to close, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.Engage effectively with C-level executives, understanding their business priorities and aligning solutions to strategic objectives.Develop a deep understanding of the company’s network security and policy automation solutions to deliver compelling value propositions to enterprise customers.Present confidently to executive-level audiences in a consultative, value-driven manner.Collaborate across internal teams including technical, marketing, and partner organisations to maximise growth potential.Meet and exceed short-term revenue goals while developing sustainable long-term business growth.Represent the company at key industry events, tradeshows, and forums.Requirements5+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions at senior management or executive levels within the UK and Netherlands.Proven track record selling networking, cybersecurity, or enterprise software solutions to large enterprise customers.Established network of senior contacts within major enterprise accounts.Demonstrated success in hunter-focused roles — a self-starter and strong closer with measurable results.Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and procurement processes.Proficiency with sales forecasting and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Oracle.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to travel within the region, including occasional overnight stays.
