If you thrive showcasing exciting products and services, live for the thrill of a ‘yes’, and love solving big problems for real people, let’s talk!What You’ll OwnLead generation and sales executionJump on inbound leads fast; qualify, nurture and close with confidenceDrive deals from first contact to final signature using modern, consultative sales tacticsUse every tool in the toolbox and lean on internal experts to win bigger and fasterOutbound OutreachBe tenacious, and turn emerging prospects into hot opportunitiesPartner with marketing to launch and land targeted, high conversion campaigns.Research and build strong relationships with key decision makersTake the lead on sales campaigns in your segment, and own the results Events and industry engagementBe the face of PASS at industry events; energise the stand and spark quality conversationsFollow up fast and strategically to convert event leads into real revenueCross-functional collaborationWork closely with Account Management, Product and Revenue teams to fuel business growth.Feed valuable sales insights into product development and strategic planningPerformance & growthTrack and share performance metrics with the Head of Sales; own your numbersDive into data to spot trends, fine-tune your approach, and recommend what’s next Keep your CRM tight and your pipeline tighter; always be closing and improvingTeam player & career builderJump into team projects, and share what’s working with your teamCraft 90-day growth plans to fuel your personal development and crush your career goalsQualifications and experienceYou have:At least 2 years of success in business developmentA solid grasp of consultative selling approaches, with the ability to tailor conversations and solutions to the needs of each prospect.A proactive attitude toward opportunity follow-up, with a sharp focus on moving leads forwardProven skills in objection handling, negotiation, and closing deals.Fluency in CRM tools and Microsoft apps, and are comfortable with dataBonus if you have:Good understanding of the UK care sector and its challenges.In-depth knowledge of care delivery and the UK health and care landscape.Experience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive sales.A background in value-based selling and strategic negotiation.You’re a great fit if you are:Laser-focused on results and targets; and love smashing themA natural relationship-builder with top-tier communication skillsHighly organised and ready to manage multiple opportunities at onceResilient, adaptable, and excited by a fast-moving environmentPassionate about making a meaningful difference in the care sector.Sound like you?
